Yes. I strike out about 8-12 a game, but unfortunately it is always with the same pattern: Start off with fastball on the low outside corner for a called strike. Come back inside on the low corner with a breaking pitch (slider is ideal here) for called strike two. Waste a fastball (or two) low and outside. Throw a curve on the low inside corner for swinging strike three. Works most of the time. Almost wish I had not discovered this...NCAA: Michigan Wolverines

yeah i kinda figured that out too, except i get most of my K's on 3 pitches. Start out fastball, then slider like you said, and then i just drop the curve low out of the zone, they usually swing.Comment
