Well, it looks like I'm getting WSB2k3. Thanks for the imput. Anyone try the Phillies? How are they in the game?

USC_QP thats where you belong obiously LOL we all know that wsb2k3 is the better game if you played them both or all of them

No offense though allstar2004 is a good game just not up to par with wsb2k3 it has gameplay issues and choppy framerate

Just trying to tell the guy that if he asks a general question in a game specific board,he will not get a very diverse answer. As far as wsb being better..... in some ways maybe....... but for every guy you bring me that says wsb is better I can find you one that says it isn't. It's a no win situation.......

and don't forget about the little details like the train at the minute maid field - the train moves when you hit a hr as an astro & the ball actaully kicked around on the outfield mound. i also like the fact that the crowd "gets on" some of the opposing players - ie calling shawn green overpaid,etc. i have played many of the baseball games this year & 2k3 is a great game.. but it was mentioned before all the games have their own strenghts & weaknesses so choose what qualities you like. hhb gives me trouble however everytime i try ot play it - for some reason it worked fine the first few days & now i keep getting a disk read error message - it only works after resetting it - i have a ps2.. none of the x-box bugs for 2k3 have shown up yet on ps2 (ie certain player edits lock up the game).

Im just playin USC i know you are right im just stiring the pot and defending the king of b-ball games like i childish baby but waht can i say i love this game. And i have played them all i am a huge baseball fan and i truly beleive this is the best repinsentation of a baseball game so dont take the wrong way we all have our personal preference and the major baseball games out none are crap they are all good games which is rare they all have the goods and bads but with wsb2k3 there are more goods and betters then bads and i beleive is best well rounded baseball game/sim on the market today there will never be a perfect baseball game becasue there is always more we will want them to add to make them better and better but for now i think wsb2k3 is the king of the diamonds and will do just fine. pEACE
