A couple of questions.
1. Is there a way to get some kind of report from the manager, coaches, and scout? I haven't been able to do anything but adjust their sliders.
2. I admit I haven't messed around with the budget much yet, but what exactly is the "bank?" Is some of the surplus income deposited there? And while I'm on the budget, here's another question. In last year's game, I would re-sign players and see absolutely no effect on the budget. I understand that the new contract doesn't come into effect until the following year, but it's hard to see where you stand financially until the numbers are up. Does 2k3 address this? Or was I doing something wrong?
3. And what about negotiations? In last year's version, they seemed non-existent. Either you offered a player what he wanted, or he got mad. Is 2k3 different?
