Couple XBOX WSB Questions

So far my Tiger Franchise is going well, but I have a few questions:

1) If you want to fire a particular coach, say Pitching coach for example. Can you see what toher coaches are available BEFORE you fire your existing coach?

2) Is there a place you can see attendance during your franchise, since this relates to your Income/Budget?

3)If you go over Budget(into -Digits in the bank), how long does it take to get back into positive cash flow?

4) Is there a Trading Block where you can put a player and let other teams bid on him?

5) Will the Tigers ever be a team that contends for pennants?

I cannot get enough of this Franchise mode. It is very well done.

I knew I was gonna get a response like this and, while helpful, I was kind of hoping for HOW TO GET TO THESE OPTIONS as well.
