I am so confuse with this thing. I would like to know what exactly happens if we are negative heading into offseason, how do we get out of it, etc..

The manual sure is no help on this issue. The whole budget structure frustrates me. Do the numbers only change once per year? Somebody must be more enlightened than we are?

you'll start getting negative numbers when you add money to trades because the computer asks for it or if you release players. The other way to lose money would be for your team to perform badly, thus decreasing the attendence. In order to gain money for your bank you can do well and then if your attendence increases your payroll will too, adding money to your bank. atleast i believe this is what is true, i know it adds to your bank when you do good although since i play with the white sox their payroll is really low to begin with so just being decent improves attendence
