Reynlods/Orsillo are hands down my favorite.

Buck needs to die (or at least find a new job).

Buck Martinez is horrible. Just horrible. He needs to stop talking about Jason Varitek all the time.

Orsillo and Reynolds has probably been my favorite crew thus far. I prefer the 2-man booth to the 3 and they actually have good chemistry for two guys who probably never worked with each other before. Reynolds gives real insight, and both guys sound into the game.

Martinez points out some good things, but he just talks way too much. And for a catcher he doesn't have the best feel for an at-bat. It seems like whenever a pitcher throws a fastball in he starts calling for off-speed away, or vice versa. If every pitcher was that predictable we'd see a lot more runs scored. With that said, I'll take him over McCarver anyday.

That's probably a function of Martinez catching a lot of off speed/breaking ball type of pitchers in his career. I don't think he ever caught a real flamethrower in his career. The only guy that comes close would be Dave Stieb but he was more breaking ball oriented, just his breaking balls were very sharp and fast.

How many times do you figure he'll say "Manny being Manny" during the Dodgers/Phillies series? My guess: 87,694.

I think they did a good job too, but being a Braves fan, I'm more than a little bias.

That would have been my guess for just Game 1.

I thought Reynolds and Orsillo were great. Probably my favorite of all the Wild Card crews.

Yeh I miss Harold Reynolds on Baseball Tonight w/Karl Ravech and Peter Gammons. Now, it seems so boring as I don't care to listen to Singleton, Vina, Eric Young...(Although Kruk is tolerable)

I'd like to see Smoltzie more in the booth but not so much w/Joe Simpson...In play-by-play I'd rather hear more about technique, strategy, etc. rather than why Jim Shoe went eating at Applebees last nite

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Nah. McCarver's got to save some airtime for homoerotic Derek Jeter references.
