Is it me or is the sound of the bat hitting the ball really weak in the PS2 version of the game? You barely hear anything. It's odd becasue this feature is rated the best in the xbox version.

I barely notice that problem though... once you get used to playing this game you totally forget about some of the things they left out in this one (as opposed to the Xbox version). -

All the effects sem treble heavy. Less tin, more leather and wood.Comment

does anyone notice a different sound for different types of contact? Is there a louder "crack" when you hit a HR? I can barely hear the bat sometimes and I then I see that I just got a hit. Weird how they didn't make the bat sounds better for the PS2.Comment

I REALLY don't mind it, and there are no differences between a 500 foot homer and a 200 foot pop-up, but there are differences between those and short choppers, and also bunts of course.Comment
