I would try pitching ability maxxed and pitch variable at the lowest for the cpu. This way they will (in theory) always make good pitches and their pitches will actually go where they want them to.
If that doesn't work, I dont know what to tell you. Find a pay tournament and win some money
And, like someone else said, try power pro. I love it (though you wil eventually master the timing of that too).
