I have been using Normal since i got the game and been enjoying it a lot. It did seem to be getting to easy though. However, i have been thinking about trying zone so i did my last game.

I found that with zone in my first game, i could make contact pretty easily (i only had 2 or 3 k's). However, hits were much harder to come by (i only had like 8 and 1 run).

I think that i am going to keep experimenting though, because with so many options i'm sure that i can find something that will work for me.

My problem with it being easy isn't with my offense, it's with the CPU's offense. I play on All Star level, no pitch aid, and have only given up, on average, less than 1 run over my last 12 games. 2 of my 3 losses were on Rookie level where my pitching got hit hard. Now I'm throwing complete game 3 hitters on All Star level consistantly. I've played 25 games now and only given up 2 HR's. On the flip side I've only hit 9 bombs. Any suggestions?

Try not placing your pitch until after the windup begins. You don't get that time to tweak the location before the pitch and get more realistic results. Also, don't use strikezone or vibration.

I just recently decided to move up to All-Star. I used to play on Veteran, Exaggerated pitches.

I am thinking of going back, cuz with the game on "fast" mode, I can't steal a base to save my life! At least on Veteran, you can queue up a Stolen Base Attempt.

What can I do to make Veteran harder? The problem for me is hitting is too easy...pitching is fine. I am going to turn off the Strike Zone, and maybe go to normal pitching...although I don't know if going to normal will be harder or easier than exaggerated. Any help?

I play on veteran too. I get my *** kicked too much on this level to even think about moving up.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try that tonight after class. Maybe once I play some good teams things will change. So far every team I've played has a losing record. The AL Central is horrible in my season.
As for you guys getting beat on Vet level, what teams are you?
