Ok i do just that b/c IMO i think this game has a great fun factor, and btw i want to ask a couple of questions:

1) Is the CPU in MVP competative in allstar level. Do they actually win games over you during franchise, season, exhibition, and etc on whatever mode you play against the CPU. (xbox version)

2) i heard rumors that you can actually tag a baserunner on base by pressing the base they came from. Is it true? and if it is true how do you tag?, what button you press to do it?

Why would anyone play this way?? It is irrelevent. It is like playing Madden and calling the same play for 4 quarters. Why would anyone even consider this? It's crazy and a waste of time.

Play the game like it is supposed to be played. have fun. Find a game that does it for you. We are all different.

If people want to exploit AI weaknesses, they should apply for jobs as QA testers in SW companies.

1. I've had my butt kicked by the CPU, so I'd say yes

2. My understanding is that you press the button cooresponding to the base the runner is coming from. I have yet to give this a try though.

I think it's the same base buttons as when you're throwing (X=third, A=home, etc for XBox)
