Injuries?
I need help! I have Brent Abernathy out with a sore arm, and he will not return to a "healthy" status. I have taken him out of the lineup and he still hasn't gotten better. At first, it said that he would be out until 4/4, then after that date, it extended to the next day and then the next, and so on. He has been this way since SPRING TRAINING! Can someone, anyone, help me out with this problem? Thanks, in advance.Tags: None -
Re: Injuries?
They should give you a notice of the injury, press view and send him to the minors (you won't have to put him through waivers). That's how he rehabs from the injury. My guy still has a sore arm for a month and I only learned about the rehab like a few days ago. -

Re: Injuries?
I have seen that he has the injury. Also, Helms has had the flu for like a month. I need to do something to get rid of this, its driving me crazy. So, I need to put anyone that has an injury on the DL, and then send them to the minors? If so, this is good aspect of the game, except that the cpu controlled teams don't send them down, and its sorta silly for a guy like Helms who just has the flu. What happened to day-to-day injuries?

Re: Injuries?
If someone has these injuries, sore arm or concussion, I still have to put them on the 15 day, and send them to the minors?Comment

Re: Injuries?
Send them to the minors so they could do their rehab assignments. From what I heard, you have to do that at the end of their injuries as well.Comment

Re: Injuries?
I see the cpu send guys to the minors for rehab all the time...when you goto transactions...you'll see "guys name" DL activation, "guys name" demoted to HML. Thats what rehab assignment is, the cpu does this all the time. Once you bring a guy back for the DL, usually you send him to the minors for a brief rehab ....positional players can stay for upto 20 days, and pitchers can stay for upto 30 days....but you can make their stay as short as you want.
But don't forget, some times in Sports, players play through injuries that never heal. This is what I love about ASB, sometimes a sore knee just won't go away....Comment
