Teix was born in Annapolis. I think he's expressed interest in going back to his hometown area.

He can go there nine times a year as a Yankee.

Not sure I want the Yanks to go after him though.

The Yankees should just try to pry Adrian Gonzalez and Jake Peavy off the Padres. Two birds with one stone. I bet they can fool the Padres front office because this front office doesn't give a **** except for listening to their own ******** coming out of their mouths.

I am a huge Marky T fan and i hate the yankees. Long time ago when A-Rod was with the Rangers he was my favorite player. Then he went to the yankees and then i didn't like him, i know what your thinking "how can you hate a player because of the team he plays for" truly i don't know i guess i just hate the yankees that much. I just don't think he'll go to the Orioles though for 2 reasons
          1. They're in the rebuilding stage
          2. Tex is gonna get a lot of money from whoever signs him and i just don't see the Orioles going after him.

I really think that he might stay with the Angles because they gave up a lot for him and they saw what he did in the playoffs so i think and hope he stays.

I think he would be happy going there it's just his agent is Scott Boras so...

Well I finally know where the Furcal to Toronto talk came from. Lyle Overbay was on the pregame show for one of the LCS games (local pregame) last week and said he'd love Furcal to come to the T Dot.

            Interesting....

Oh and in other "news" the Jays are not going after Manny.

I wouldn't be surprised if Furcal wound up in Chicago with the White Sox replacing Orlando Cabrera at SS and as the leadoff hitter. The White Sox could definitely use a leadoff hitter who can get on base and make things happen on the basepaths.

That's a possibilty. Another one for the White Sox is Orlando Hudson. They want to bring him in to play 2B and then move Alexi Rameriez to his natural position at SS.

I personally would like to see the O-Dog in a Cardinal uniform. I love the way this guy plays. He plays great defense and gets on base a lot, if he's healthy the Cards will score a lot of runs next year.
