Who and how do you make that guy from the Brewers who is playing both LF and also they use him as a MR pitcher. Is it even possible to do that?

Possible... sign him up as a pitcher, but give both Position players and pitchers stats... then you could bring him off the bench, or have him from the BP... depends... on how you execute it.
