Intellectually Challenged in need of help

Sorry in advance for the question that I should be able to answer. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the file through my sharkport onto my memory card. I have to be doing something wrong. Can someone with intelligence please help this simpleton. I have been at it for 2 hours, and it is cutting in on my gameplay. I will be in debt to whomever can help me. Thanks

You need to do two things. Make sure you have the latest Sharkport software and not the version it was sold with. Two, if you go to maddenmania.com, they have a good sharkport tutorial in their downloads section. Has it ever worked for you with any games?

Thanks Badger_Fan for the time you took to help. To answer your question, it hasn't ever worked before, I just got it. What other software do I need? How do I get it? Why was it sold in that form? I know a ton of questions, some are rhetorical. I really need to make this work because I am crazy if something gets the better of me. Thank you for any help you can give me.
