Now all Hinske needs is to be traded to the O's and he will have played for the entire AL East

Nats robbed them with that deal, IMO.

Really? I'm surprised some people think that.

JMO, but Nyjer Morgan is a pretty average player in most facets of the game. He has no power, below average arm, decent bat, excellent speed (but that has not yet translated into a good SB guy...18 SB's, 10 CS) and slightly above average fielder (his speed makes up for the poor routes he takes on balls). Truthfully, I think we're seeing the best of Nyjer right now... I said it a month or so ago on the Pirates thread, but I've never thought highly of him as a player - nor have many Pirate fans.

Burnett is an interesting guy. I'm not high on him and never have been, but he's been getting the job done. There's a lot to be said for that. I've never been him on him because he doesn't have great stuff and his control is average. But if he keeps getting guys out, none of that matters.

While Milledge is a headcase, his upside is much more than either of those guys, plus he's younger. Whether he actually pans out or flames out is the question. This guy was highly touted for a long time, but hasn't come close to that potential.

I don't know much about Hanrahan outside of what I've read. It sounds like he's got good stuff (good velocity on the FB and a sharp slider), but has been getting hit hard. There's no doubt about that. He's more of a throw in to the trade for me....if Milledge reaches his potential, I don't think the Pirates will care much about what Hanrahan does.
