Lineup changes in franchise mode?

I set my lineups in management area. 3 games later when I check my lineups they have been changed slightly. None of the auto mabage options are turned on. The weird thing is that when I start the next franchise game the rosters are the way I had them. But when viewed in the management screen they are different .....anyone else seen this?

The computer will change your lineup based on how you have your backup player percentages set. Ex.: If you have your backup CF playing 15% of the time, then the computer will randomly insert the player to reach that percentage by season's end.

I was wondering this myself! Where do we change those settings? (How much they sit out)

well on xbox in the lineup screen hit the white button twice to get to it. set all %'s to zero there. however do know that by never giving players days off it will affect their loyalty toward you in a negative way so if you set them to zero be sure to manually sub em out sometimes
