    Shane Reynolds released.

He was released by the Houston Astros today. And begin an Astros fan I am sorry to see him go. He has helped this club in many ways. I have been an astros fan for nearly 12 years. And shane wanted to finish his career in Houston like Biggio and Bagwell. He was not told he was going to have to fight for the #3 spot in the rotation so he decided to work out some things. But i guess the coaches were obviously looking for a fight. If he would of known he would have to fight for the #3 spot i'm sure he would have did alot better cause he would change alot of things he did. You were very loyal to Houston and us fans. Thank you shane and u will be missed. By the way. Houston is making broze statues of Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell.

Your cardinals are going to get beat this year. And those statues are for jett and craig being so loyal to Houston.

I was also shocked to see Shane released. But that is just the business of sports these days. If Emmitt can wear a Cardinals uni, Rice can go to the Super Bowl in Raiders gear then any thing is possible.

Maybe they could have traded him for another decent pitcher?
