Do any of you guys liKe to play your games with the antiques unis ? Preferably, I like to play in the unis from the 1930s - 1960s era. It gives me a sort of old-time "The Natural" feel to the game.

Here's what I do:
In my franchise I use my regular unis on night games
On Sunday games I use my alternate unis and then on day games and holidays (4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day) I use throwback jerseys. It gives the game just a little bit more realism for me."A two count is routine. You kick out at two if you aren’t done. Kicking out at one is a MESSAGE. It says NO in capital letters. Yeah, that IS a great idea, boblight. I've been doing the same thing regarding my alternate unis (using them on Sunday home games), but I hadn't thought about using the throwbacks on holidays and stuff. I think I'll have to do that. It'd be cool to see both teams playing in their historical uniforms once in a while, like they do in real life for special occasions.

Boblight great minds must (and do) think alike... I've been breaking out the alt uniforms on Sundays as well and then I designate a couple of games for "Turn Back the Clock" games... never thought of the holiday uni change though... that's a good idea... (also use different uniforms to break or continue streaks)Comment

They butchered the '83 Whitesox unis.
1. horizontal stripes were only on the front - not all the way around.
2. numbers were navy not red
3. players had their numbers on their thighs
4. The logo on the batting helmet is made up.
