Alright, just about every scouting report that I read talked about Baldelli's athleticism. He is fast, strong, has plus bat speed and quick hands. His power is increasing with age. He hits well to the opposite field, runs very well and can swipe bases. He is a good defensive player with an average, but very accurate arm. He seldomly walks, while his biggest weakness is strike zone judgement. Lastly, he is a hitter that is capable of hitting .300 and has been dubbed a young Joe DiMaggio.

Glove: C+ (Above average fielder, but he needs time and experience)
Range: B- (Again very fast, but needs some experience at the major league level)
