I know I was joking. I would have put this on it But people say I do that to much! I will say something. I wonder how I would act if people kiss my *** all the time. Some times I feel like they are created not born. I think I would be a jerk too. I would hope not, but I just don't know!

I don't know if I would agree with that. I still say having people kiss your *** helps a lot to becoming a JERK! I will say one thing. Rice is a jerk too. Most stars are. He thought he was the greatest, just ask him. It is what it is! Now in rice defense he is the greatest, but still.

Now never having met Jerry Rice I can't say one way or the other if he's a guy I would go drinking with. However, is public persona is pretty flawless from someone seeing how he carried himself throughout his career.

Honestly, perception is reality, and Bonds may be the coolest guy in the world to hang out with and have beer, but I wouldn't even think to jump at the chance if the opportunity was presented to me. That's based solely on how he's perceived.

I umpired Rice's son for three years, and Jerry would always stand five feet behind the backstop. He is a very cool guy.

I've met Bonds, but I never really talked to him. My old friend (haven't seen him for a while now) is the GM's son. He wasn't an *** at all. Of course, ten seconds with the guy doesn't say much about he is overall, but then again, I know what he does for communities and for his kids. He gives back a lot, and that's what he's been doing this season. It's when the media is involved that he turns into something else, and sometimes he doesn't even really do so, but the media makes sure that it looks that way.

All you guys are talking trash about people you watch on TV, you don't personally know any of them you just assume because they arn't super nice to a ****ing reporter that they're jerks?? I would hate talking to those idiots to, they take whatever you say and try to make a story out of it; I would do the exact same thing Bonds and Moss do after year after year of the damn media being idiots and taking quotes out of context or taking one statment and making a story out of it.

perfect example the "media" ask randy moss is cris carter motivates him to play and he answers back "no I play when I want to play." Next thing you know the story breaks out that Moss takes plays off and plays whenever he wants to. I'd be ****ing pissed if that happened to me and the whole country all of a sudden has a different persceptive on me because of the idiots at ESPN.

Watch some game-film when things were going bad. It's pretty obvious. I have no idea if he's been doing that this season with the Pats though.
