    Credibility for an opinion?

Anything can happen. And there's a lot of people who say Hunter should have been the MVP last season.

I hope Burrell breaks out to MVP candidate status. He began to bust out last year...he gets that average up, a lot of people are going to be talking, especially if the Phils win.

So are you with your post. I happen to think you're wrong. Am I posting that as fact (re: "Ted Turner's predictions ain't gonna happen")? No. It's their opinion. They're trying to be correct, but that's what you normally do with predictions.

It's a fun piece, and I'm glad they posted it.

so what if they are trying to be serious? They are people's opinions, yet you are the only one I have seen who takes them as gospel, TedTurner.

Its real easy to sit here on opening day and say a lot of their picks won't happen, but last year you would have said the same exact thing if any of them had predicted that the Angels would win the World Series.

My point? Wait til the end of the year and actually see how it plays out before you start dismissing any prediction that varies from your own. Baseball is a strange game, and strange things happen. You can't say that what they predicted won't happen any better than they can say it will.

You seem like exactly the kind of person who pisses and moans when IGN or anyone else rates a game .4 points less than what you think it deserves.
