Is there a way to edit the lineups for all the teams so you dont have to do it everytime you play an exhibition game?

Do it in Season mode (take control of all 30 teams), save it, and load that season file as a roster (from Roster Manager) when you want to use it. There's no way to make it the "default roster," so you'll need to load it every time you go into a new mode. -
