    Tired Pitchers

Why are there always tired pitchers on a roster? I can have days off or not use the bullpen for a couple of days with starters going all the way, or not use an RP for a week and there are still only 1 or 2 RPs at any given time who are not tired. Why?

I know. I had Darrin Oliver in ym bullpen and he hadn't pitched in like a week and he was "exhausted".

I think it's misleading to say "exhausted" because I think he's actually out of shape. If pitchers don't throw for long periods of time, they start to lose their stuff. I think that's what's going on.

my relief pitchers are always working. only good starters i have are pedro and dennis tankersly. i'm the padres and did a fantasy draft. i'm glad my bullpen is strong though. except for nunez guy he pitched to one guy and was all the way down on his health meter thing. man i never knew 3 pitches could kill a person.
