Those predictions look pretty accurate. I'm looking for St. Louis to win the WIld Card this year though. I don't think they have a good enough bullpen to win the division....

Oakland beating the Yankkes in October? Is that a joke?

Nope. Even in a seven-games series, the A's would never have to start anyone but Zito, Mulder or Hudson. Those three pitchers are 1-2-3 in AL wins since Zito arrived on the scene in 2000 - and they're only getting better and smarter.

As good as the Yankees are, I definitely think they can be beaten by the A's starters.

Buffalo doesn't win Super Bowls, San Fransisco doesn't lose Super Bowls, Sacramento doesn't beat the Lakers in the playoffs, and neither the Mariners nor the A's beat the Yankees in October. It just doesn't happen, and it won't happen this year either. I don't care if the A's have Nolan Ryan, Sandy Kofax and Tom Seaver, they will not beat the Yankees in the playoffs.

So the Yanks just lose to overachieving one-hit wonders in October?

OK, got it - thanks for the heads-up...
