    Zone Hitting Problems

Does anyone else who uses zone hitting have trouble getting a decent amount of hits per game.

I am only getting from 5 to 7 hits a game.

    Regards,

I don't get a ton of hits, but I swing at tons of bad pitches and strike out a bunch. I've had games where I get 15 hits though.

I have games like that maybe 1 out of every 25.

I am patient at the plate and don't strike out alot but it seems that I get to many hits direct to the defense for automatic outs.

        Regards,
        Geo

I know this is off topic, but i've noticed that zone batting seems like you are hitting with an invisible classic curson. If you hold down before a pitcher delivers and the pitch is outside and you hold outside to hit it, you will miss it because the invisible cursor will be down and away.

I have switch to zone hitting because the normal hitting
(cursor) hitting was too hard. I am now getting quite a few more hits, and for power. The one thing I did notice was that with zone hitting, I am having a hard time hitting pitches up in the strike zone. I know I have them down pat, but nothing, just air. Anyone else have this problem?
