STRIKE OUTS Help

Well i can´t throw Strike outs. In 24 Games I have only 4 guys stroke out. Can anybody give me tips or tricks to throw more strike outs? Thanks very much

i like to work down and away with off speed stuff for the
first couple of strikes then come down and in with a fastball
to finish the job, it does not always work but more often then
not it will, at least it does for me.

The most important part of pitching is throwing the hitters timing off. Mix up fast and off speed pitches and keep them guessing.

listen... you probably know this, but get the first pitch in... may throw something hard outside to get them to foul it off... now you have 2 strikes... give them a high fastball, or a low splitter, out of the zone... 90% of my K's are with pitches aimed out of the zone that they chase. I just played a game with Mark Mulder... 8 innings, 7 Ks... my closer had 1 in the ninth... try it out.
