    The Padres aren't bad. If they actually have progression from their young players, they could be pretty good. They still would finish fourth, because of their division, but they aren't horrible.

            Who would you rather pay to watch...A-Rod or the Devil Rays? I'd rather pay to watch A-Rod, so I think he's worth more money than the D-Rays.

            And did anyone notice that the A's payroll isn't that small anymore? Sure it's 1/3 of the Yanks' payroll, but it's over $50 million. I guess they've been making more money now that they're winning...which is a good business model...

              Who would you rather pay to watch...A-Rod or the Devil Rays? I'd rather pay to watch A-Rod, so I think he's worth more money than the D-Rays.
