Transactions?

Just curious to see what transactions,(trades, free agent signings, waiver claims) you guys have been seeing. I am only at the start of May so I am just beginning to see teams make roster moves. Thanks, in advance!

my expansion the only transactions i've made have been to get mike hampton, eckstein, glaus and doug mientkiwicz. i signed reggie sanders,kenny lofton, and rick helling. also traded clemens for wade miller i think.

Have the cpu controlled teams made any transactions?

i don't think so. usually in my franchises the computer likes to promote and demote players a lot.

I'm through almost two seasons and I've seen quite a few transactions. The CPU does promote and demote a lot. There are usually about five trades a year. I've seen a couple that have been 3 prospects for a solidified veteran. Most trades come near the trading deadline. Also, teams usually start putting a lot of players through waivers near the trading deadline, because if a player has cleared waivers, they can be traded after the deadline (although I haven't seen this yet). I've gotten a few decent players off waivers in July.

I'm through almost two seasons and I've seen quite a few transactions. The CPU does promote and demote a lot. There are usually about five trades a year. I've seen a couple that have been 3 prospects for a solidified veteran. Most trades come near the trading deadline. Also, teams usually start putting a lot of players through waivers near the trading deadline, because if a player has cleared waivers, they can be traded after the deadline (although I haven't seen this yet). I've gotten a few decent players off waivers in July.

Computer does seem to promote/demote a good bit. Other than the standard changes to my team to meet the real transactions, I haven't done much so far. I've seen a couple of players slip thru waivers already (50 games in so mid-late May) the most notable being JT Snow. I think that 2 or 3 players have slipped through waivers so far and Toronto has gotten them all.
