    Swung late, Aim up.....

On the PC version is there anyway to get into the tune file to not have these graphics "swung late", "Aim up" show up when you miss a pitch? Thanks.

Hmm, don't know about PC, but on the PS2 it's an option that needs disabled. I would think it's the same on PC. When you start a game it's under misc options....

No, but I was able to get rid of that ugly spinning field/ball/player marker.

            Jim,

I see you are back to playing HH. Are you still playing WSB?

As far as getting rid of that, I am not sure, I think it only shows up in exhibition because I saw it there but not in season play.

                UMDDogs,

Here's the story. I bought/rented ALL the games, inlcluding HH for the PS2 AND XBOX.

ASB- I liked it in the beginning, but there was just something about it (lots of annoying little things) and I can't really put my finger on it, but just couldn't get into it after playing it quite a bit in the beginning.

HH PS2 and XBOX- Who is the bozo (sorry) who changed the animations and left that HUGE BABY BLUE CIRLCE under the fielder. Argh, talk about taking away from an already drab looking game? I just couldn't look at it. Found the sound in the XBOX cut out more than the PX2.

MPV console (rented), enjoyed it. But I chose the PC version thinking of mods. MVP PC enjoyed it, but it has some running issued that the console didn't. Hmmmm? Beautiful game though.

MLB didn't get it or rent it.

WSB- love it. It remains my ONLY console game as I traded the rest of them in at EB.

Truthfully I missed, get this DangerZs editor and the mods were picking up, so I took a chance on the PC version. Well, let's see game ran in slow-mo had to update my graphics driver and continually mess with the game until I got it running (and I have a good computer). 3DO how in the name of gosh can we throw in a beautiful looking game like MVP and have it run smooth as silk and your game takes an act of congress to get it running (just an aside). However, I'm having to play HH PC without the crowds. The crowd in the front row is there, but the rest are black. When I run it on 800x600 32 the sound is out of sync, so I run it on 16b.

I've put in some hi-res unis and stadiums and they are beautiful. I'm fighting with the keyboard to navigate, but getting used to it. It shouldn't be this much of a battle, but there's you answer. Never a fanboy of any game I've found, for me that HH PC will take care of my strong needs for rosters and such and WSB will fill my console bill.

Took me long enough, but I pulled it off just before the start of the season.

                Jim

I think it may have something to do with the difficulty you are playing on, you could get a new overlay from www.highheat2004.net/files that would make the in-game look better and possibly eliminate that.

Thanks, you may be right. When I was fooling with the game I think I was on PRO. I usually play on ALLSTAR and don't think I saw them in my last game. Thanks for the link by the way. I'll try some of that stuff out.
