possible bug in ps2 version

I just bought this game the other day and when playing have noticed that when the batter foul tips a ball back to the catcher, he is called out no matter how many strikes he has. It happens almost every game. Has anyone else seen this occur.

yes, do a replay from the side view, the ball actually goes higher up in the air than it looks from the regular view.

the rule on a foul tip is that if it goes above the batters head than it can be caught for an out. However, with two strikes, any foul tip that is caught counts as strike three.

Not a game killer though, the game is too good to let a little thing like this ruin it for me.
