Actually its the first time I had seen that, but I have seen him before. That was hilarious, and pretty damn spot on. I can only imagine the hours and hours that this guy put in to make it look so seamless and flawless.

All I got when I clicked on the link was a video about the Rockies trying to replace Matt Holliday.

The 08 Red Sox Playoff starting lineup is great to watch, just for his "Playoff Intensity" Youkilis.

                    Re: The batting stance guy!

Said it once and I'll say it again: this guy just seems like a clown to me. Sure, he captures the essence of some of the stances, but it's all just wrong, in a way. All of the swings themselves are fundamentally dreadful, and I hope SCEA doesn't try capturing signature swings off of him. He wasn't even close to doing Chipper Jones right, either.

I'm not saying SCEA didn't do the right thing in hiring him, but it doesn't take a guy that can memorize a bunch of stances, it takes any person or set of people who can look at a stance and mimic it, even for three seconds. I'm simply saying that I'm not buying into the hype of the Batting Stance Guy to fix what's wrong with The Show's signature animations, because 2K clearly didn't have this guy and they got them right. Besides, I'm reading there are only 150 new batting stances and pitching motions. That's like five players a team.

We'll see how it turns out, but I don't think BSG is their savior. I'd prefer that he stuck to YouTube.

Agreed. It seems like for the most part, he identifies the aspect of someone's routine that is easiest to recognize and over-exaggerates it to get laughs. I don't know what it is but it just seems like he's out to get laughs more than he cares about true accuracy of how batters actually act.

I have to laugh at the serious nature in which some people take this.
