I have been trying to add Aaron Heilman to the Mets Franchise game mode. After I create and import him into the league via Free Agent and bring him to the Mets I go to save roster and I don't see my franchise save feature. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Instead of clicking on "save roster" if you're using franchise mode like I am you should save the actual imported player automatically by saving the franchise season not the individual roster. If you've noticed when you create a player they are automatically saved. It's good to save them again just to be sure but the game does it for you - again, i've only notice this when creating a player.
