Re: baserunning controls not very tight?
Honestly, in my opinion, one of the biggest improvements to this game over last year's edition is the responsiveness of the baserunning controls. I think they're 100 x's better than last year. Again, another detail missed in most reviews. I haven't had a problem using the triggers or the d-pad yet!

Re: baserunning controls not very tight?
I had this problem too. But with the PS2 version. All I can sugguest is to hold down the advance runner button first, then tap the base your on, that will advance you to the next base. I kept trying to hit them at the same time, but that doesn't work. You have to hold down the advance runner button first, then press the D-Pad or maybe Analog to advance the runner.Comment

Re: baserunning controls not very tight?
This confused me when I first got it, but I'm used to it. I bet a lot of you still have people going back to the base because of bunting or brag bunting (Thank you Acclaim). It's pretty tricky to not have them go back while trying to bunt them over.Comment
