Dude is mentally drained right now, and it's all mental this time of the season. It's not gonna be easy for him to bounce back either if he keeps hanging that dinky changeup.

Ya he aint looking good again tonight. I think that he thinks all the pressure is on him. With Glavine gone, and Hampton, and Byrd on the DL Maddux must feel like he has to carry this great team on his shoulders. The problem is he can't and it may get real ugly. -

I am amazed, didn't get to see the games only highlights but it looked like he was catching way too much of the plate. Hopefully he can bounce back.Comment

I said this in an earlier thread about Maddux it looks like he's lost a lot of his stuff and now things are going to get rocky. It could be a combination of getting older and losing the same quality on his pitches.
