    Infield Depth

For some reason, my infield has suddenly decided to play deep all the time unless I tell them otherwise (instead of 'normal') Has anyone else had this happen? And if so, how do I fix it?

I haven't had the problem... try turning defense positions to manual.

I think that the infielders automatically play deep on fields that have astroturf. When you play on astroturf, grounders aren't slowed down by grass so they are faster. To compensate I think your infielders take a few steps back.

Hmm...THAT could be it, because the fielding position was still on manual, and I was playing in Tampa Bay when I noticed the problem. That's actually pretty cool if it's true.

                    That is correct.

Everytime i'm on turf, my default is on deep.

In the Z dome, this means the outfielders can play grab *** with the ss and the 2B. . . . .there are no such things as bloop hits and texas leaguers in that stadium.
