    Too much offense!

I admit it I got sick of losing so I simmed out the rest of my season. Now I know the O's don't have the best pitching staff but I only had two guys at seasons end with ERA's below 5.00!! So I decided to look through the league and see if this was with every team. Sure enough no more than 22 pitchers had ERA's below 5.00. I looked at my schedule and most games had scores in the double digits. Now I realize this is the baseball era of depleted pitchers and juiced balls/players but the simming engine in WSB2K3 seems a little off! Is there any way at all to fix this? Is it a reflection on my sliders or do they not affect simming?!

i would try adjusting your sliders ... i sim some games and have no problems with out-of-whack scores ...

Out of whack scores DO happen though... Pirates lost 16-1 to Philly last week, and Philly bet someone the other day like 15-2 or something with Burrell and Thome hitting a pair of dingers each.. On a whole though, I think it's pretty accurate, maybe on the high side but not bad enough to make me worried.
