I'm playing as the Mets using timed hitting. I'm finding it a bit easy using wsbfanatics sliders (cpu pitching 100) and pitch speed very fast. I'm hitting about 600 as a team over 3 games. I'm usually not very good at these games so its strange.. Is it too easy ?

It does appear that the timed hitting is a bit on the easy side. If you're doing that good with the timed hitting, it's time to move onto the cursor hitting..... -

I tryed timed hitting once with pro default and the mets, and I hit around 700.
I'm 13 games in, playing with pro default, standard hitting, and I'm hitting 328 as a team, leadng the league.Comment

Your average should come back to normal as you farther into the season. I use timed hitting and about 60 games into the season the only players on my team that are hitting over .300 are Tejada, Chavez and Hernandez.Comment

I use it and I strikeout plenty and I have a lot of trouble hitting using it, it's not easy for me at all.be who you are and say what you feel, because those who matter don't mind, and those that mind, don't matter.Comment

I use it and strike out as well...but i usually get like 10-12 hits a game and get only like 2-3 runs....I have tried Standard Hitting and iTS TOO hard....so i always go back to timed...I would love some GREAT sliders....

My problem with Timed Hitting is if you swing at a ball just outside of the strike zone, you will miss it every time. Realistically I should be able to reach for pitches and still make contact (i.e. foul one off when behind in the count; hit and run situation).
This being said, I am currently switchingback and forth to see which one suits me better.Comment
