Same here. It seems to occur when I play as the visiting team. I'm playing o the XBOX. I play with pitching cam on. I'm not exactly sure how I activated it. But I too am use to batting with the traditional cam and I just go to the presentation screen and back out.

I am playing on the X-Box, it may only occur on away games, I'm not sure.

It happens to me all the time now, but it happens when I'm the home team. If I have the pitcher cam on then switch to watch-only mode, then switch to the home team when they're batting it stays in the pitcher cam. If I go into Presentation and turn off the pitcher cam then it goes back to batter cam, but if I turn it back on, then switch to the away team, then switch back to the home team, then I can still bat from the pitcher cam. Okay, now I've got a headache...

BTW, I have the PS2 version.

for me it happens when i am away (i bat 1st). if u have the behind pitcher cam on, it should bring u to bat w/ that view. it happens in ALL my away games. i dont bat from it though. IMO its too far away from the plate to bat. just my opinion though.
