What's your prefered combination?

Mine are in this order:

Slider or Curve (or some other breaking pitch available)
Fastball
Changeup

Fastball low and away
Splitter low and middle of strike zone
Change-up low and inside
Some time I will throw a fastball high and inside if I fall behind

I love leading off with a fast ball, if I can get ahead of the batter with two fast balls, then its junk time the next two pitches, then I love the change up low and away, if it's 3-2, then its fastball up and in. I average about 6-8 K's per game, but it also depends somewhat on the pitcher as well.

I prefer throwing the 4-seam fastball in the low and in corner, it'll sneak in for a strike... I usually use it for the kill.
