I looked in the news and saw this The GM of the Royals is tired of losing and is trying to shake things up. What does this mean.

        Re: Question

It just means that the royals team will probably do something. They may make a trade of bring up a minor leaguer. Most of the losing teams say this, they just say it to say that changes will happen.

            Re: Question

I would assume that would mean that you could approach him with some trades that would favor you- basically he might be willing to give up some guys for the sake of change.

                Re: Question

I agree. Just swung a deal in my Pirates franchise with the Padres, who recently said they "wanted to trade players who are dragging the team down." I was able to get Mark Loretta (2B, 78 rating) for Jay Bell (2B, 70 rating, age of 37), Brian Meadows (rating in 50s) and Humberto Cota (51 rating).
Loretta will be a FA and is making 6 BP and looking for 10BP contract to re-sign, but this trade seems biased in my favor.
