    Pitch Speed Is Not Slow

Quit saying pitch speed is too slow. If there wasn't a slider for this, that would be a legitimate gripe. However, if you turn up the slider, the pitch speed is very fast. Add to that the movement and you will have a hard time hitting. My complaint is that the CPU hits too much in this game and I have noticed the late inning rally. I was winning 6-2 with the Phillies against the Astros in the 6th and lost 8-6. The CPU just hit everything in the 6th off of 3 different pitchers.

Well, everything being relative, the DEFAULT pitch speed on the game IS way too slow. I dont know of anyone that hasnt turned it up. If you dont crank up the speed, every game is a hit fest.

I have the pitch speeds all the way up and they are about perfect.

Just curious... what batting camera are you guys using? When I played on the default "low zoomed" camera the pitches seemed way to slow, but after moving to "low" I didn't think they seemed too bad. Especially after bumping up the foul ball slider 2 notches, that made it hard enough for me to hit consistantly and I strike out about 5 or 6 times a game on average.

Where do you guys put the sim slider? I have it on 8 and I get upset when I wait for a fastball and seem to make good contact only to hit a groundball to second. It's annoying. If I time a pitch well, I wanna make solid contact. So where is the sim slider or any other sliders for that matter?

I play with the sim slider at 7 and pitch speeds all the way up using the medium batting camera.

Padgoi: The higher the SIM slider the more it takes stats into effect. So if you have a .220 lifetime hitter and you hit a fastball square, then chances are you'll get out because the hitter isn't a great hitter to begin with.

If you want your own physical abilities to work for you, turn the SIM slider down to 0 or 1. This way it won't rely on stats at all, but on the users ability.
