You will see a little R next to the reliever's name in the bullpen screen indicating he is ready. Just to clear it up for those of you who mentioned you are guessing when relievers are ready.

I may be mistaken, but I don't think so. I had Dan Plesac throwing and the R was to his left. Lefty/Righty is shown to the right of the player's name. I'll check again, though.Comment

I'm pretty sure that stands for "reliever". You'll see an S next to your starters and a C next to your closer also.Comment
