Perfect Games

I had my first perfect game yesterday with Kerry Wood. 9IP, 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Walks, 5 Ks.

Has anyone else had a perfect game? My sliders are set pretty high and have only had a few shutouts and have never even come close to a No-hit perfect game. During the last few innings, I was making my infielders play back to take away any hit to the gaps and moved my outfielders in to take away and bloop hits. The strategy worked very well and saved me on several occasions in the 8th & 9th.

It was a ton of fun....and it was a pitchers duel all around as I only scored 2 runs against the other team. All around great game!

Never had a perfect game. Come to think of it of it I haven't even a had a no hitter. The fathest I ever got was to the 7th.

I think the farthest I've ever made it was the 6th or 7th inning with Pettitte. I don't think I'll ever throw one either, CPU just gets too many hits.

i came etremely close once. i pitched 8 2/3 perfect innings with barry zito and the final batter is carlos guillen. i get ahead of him 0-2 so i figure ill try to strike him out with the high heat well he took the pitch and smacked it to right field and it just barely got over the wall. i probably coulve robbed it but i mistimed my jump. anyways, that pissed me off and now i hate real life carlos guillen as i was one strike away and he ruined my perfect game, my no hitter, and my shutuout.

I done it last year like 3 times but have not done it this year yet but i did get 22k's 4 times this year twice with Mussina and twice with my created player
