    Tropicana Field

Anyone know what they have under the carpet at Tropicana Field? I have played almost 1/2 of my season with the Braves and so far I have a total of 2 ground rule doubles. I play a 3 game series at Tampa Bay and the first game there were 4 ground rule doubles by my Bravos and a total of 8 by the Braves during the 3 game series. I don't what it is under that carpet, but it makes the ball bounce like flubber near the outfield fence.

Playing on the Deuce.....PS2 ? The ball just seems to have a lot of extra bounce in the outfield at tTropricana Field. Really weird.

Tropicana has that Nike turf which consists of rubber in the grass, but it does have concrete underneith the carpet.
