pitch guessing

does anyone use the pitch guessing feature and if so how much success do you have? i am yet to risk my cursor size!

i never even knew there was a option for that. i just know that if i have 2 strikes on me a curve ball is coming. or in most cases i get 2 curve balls in the first 2 pitches. then the 3rd pitch is a fastball.

if you press L2 before the pitch the pitch box letters turn red, you then pick your pitch, if you guess right the hitting target gets bigger, but if you guess wrong it gets sm aller.

I would say that i guess the pitch about half of the time, unless the guy only throws a fastball and slider then i always guess,
i always guess location, to improve power, i figure to hit a big fly you pretty much have to guess location anyways

Same way, press L2, then down or up or left or right, or combination, down and away, up and in...etc....
You can even combine the location with the pitch, if you guess both, then you really get a boost. There are eight locations.

Yup, If your facing Pedro, guess CChange, cause thats all he throws most of the time

I use it alot. In fact, it seems to be the only way that I can hit homeruns in my franchise with my struggling Copperheads.
