Clemens case is sinking like a stone

OK I know we're tired of this stuff but there's been some huge developments so I feel we should talk a bit about it.

Apparently some of the syringes that McNamee gave to the Feds has Clemens' DNA in it AND PEDs. McNamee has given the Feds all kinds of details of where he injected Clemens and such and now there's a new and maybe sordid twist to this as he's come out and said that he injected Clemens in the Yankee clubhouse hot tub.

Hmmmm.....If this leads to what I think it might then not only is Clemens going to jail but some things he doesn't want to come out may be out there for everyone to know.

I mean, I doubt that they were just sitting on the guys kitchen counter next to some bananas...

If you were in his shoes.....knew you had helped a guy that you did not trust - cheat....what would you have done with them knowing that down the road they could keep you out of jail?

I agree they are both dirtbags, but the Feds in my mind have a problem with the "chain of evidence" Meaning, and I'm not saying this happened but you can bet Roger's lawyer is going to say. He was injected with B-12. He doesn't know what the trainer did to the stuff after that. It becomes a he said/he said. Unless they have some other evidence and maybe a witness.

They already have Pettite saying what Brian said was true and saying he had a convo about steroids/HGH with Clemens. Not to mention his Clemens threw his wife under the bus saying Brian injected her. SO you going to let somebody inject your wife but he is lying about injecting you?? Get real. Roger is a flat out liar and i hope they go after him the same way they are trying to go after Barry.

They already have Pettite saying what Brian said was true and saying he had a convo about steroids/HGH with Clemens. Not to mention his Clemens threw his wife under the bus saying Brian injected her. Sure we all no he did it. But knowing and knowing with no reasonable doubt are way two different things. Most people don't like him so of course there is a knee jerk reaction, much like the Bonds reaction.

Ummm syringes with his DNA and PED's in them is direct evidence. It doesn't get anymore direct than that. Wether they can argue a chain of custody is a whole different matter. For as it stands right now there are syringes with his DNA and steroids in them and until they can get them thrown out they are in. So there goes your direct evidence.

Sad part is. He is rich and famous, signed congressional autographs and wont go to jail for it. If he does, it is a rich country club and caviar type "confinement".
