I really don't care if Roger goes to jail or not. The majority of America, outside of maybe 12 or 13 people not related to him, know not only that he cheated (which at this point, who didnt?) but was stupid and arrogant enough to lie all the way to congress about it thinking that everyone would just believe him because he is "the rocket."

If he goes to jail and does his time, a lot of people will say "leave him be... he served his punishment." If he stays out of jail he continues to look like a spoiled and rich, lying idiot - getting stupider every time he opens his mouth...... I kind of like him in this role.

Funny thing how all of these baseball people, "meaning the front offices" The commish, all of his cronies, sports writers, broadcasters, et al. All of a sudden when the Feds get involved they all found religion and want to clean up the game. What happened in 98 when Big Mac and Sammy was making a sham of the game. All of these people were lining they're pockets with the fans money, knowing full well these guys were juicing and long time records were falling. To me, whether they shot up or not all of them own responsibility for tarnishing this fine game. Now like rats, they are all running for cover.

I can definitely agree with this.

I agree. Many people enabled this era, and many weren't even players. The people running baseball got lucky though, since the two biggest steroid scapegoats happen to be abrasive personalities. It's easy to deflect attention when plenty of people hated Bonds and Clemens even before they were fighting for their legacies over steroids.

            Bingo!

They knew this all along, they went on for the ride while those two rejuvenated baseball!

The owners, and league officials are just as dirty, if not worse.
