NOTE FOR PITCHERS: YOUR FIELDING STATS ARE ALL 36 you have 500 pts
on top of all the base 36's to use wherever you feel it is needed
Any Player whos stats over over the 950 limit will be droped
to the appriote ammount. Your ammount over limit will be divided
by number of catagorys that do not have 36 as a value. Then that
amount will be subtracted from each catagory.
