I don't know why, but when I play the Brewers, I kill them.
I've played the Brewers 3 times this year, all spring training...and I absolutely destroy their pitching...problem was this time, they knocked my pitching around as well. They nailed Chan Ho"mer out of the" Park for 7 runs on 10 hits in 2.2 innings, so I'm down 8-2 in the 6th, when Juando Gonzo demolishes a fastball for a Grand Slam, from that point on, it was on. Final score was 16-12, Brewers had 21 hits, and I had 18 hits. Gonzo and Blalock went yard twice each, everyone had a base hit but, get this, Arod, who went 0 for 3 and ejected for being hit by a pitch. I think my offense is hitting .490 against the Brew crew, and .188 against everyone else. Something about the Brewers that brings out the bats....maybe its ex Ranger GM Doug Melvin....we just take it to them.
