how does the action replay work..what you need x-box live and download roster off the internet or what?Comment

it works pretty much like a sharkport. No you don't need xbox live. From my understanding it plugs into your USB port on your computer. When you get NCAA 2004 in August, you can now get the xbox version and not worry about having to do the rosters yourself, we'll be able to download them this year from whomever does them. I hope Blacklover has an XBOX by now.
